Kirsten is a Saskatchewan-based Manual Therapist and Natural Health Educator.
Hi, I’m Kirsten. I help women reclaim their energy, balance, and sense of self through natural, full-body wellness.
For years, I worked as a nurse, caring deeply for people but growing more and more frustrated watching them handed one prescription after another. The symptoms were managed, but the root cause was never addressed. I began to wonder—what if there was a different way?
And truthfully, I was struggling too. I know what it feels like to wake up exhausted, to feel out of sync in your own body, and to wonder if you’ll ever feel like “you” again. For a long time, I thought I just had to push through. But when I began exploring natural therapies—massage, craniosacral, manual osteopathic work, and simple wellness tools—I finally started to feel a shift. My body found balance again. My energy returned. I felt like myself.
That transformation is what inspires me today. Because if you’ve been feeling drained, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself, I want you to know—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I believe true wellness comes from looking at the whole picture—body, mind, and lifestyle. My role is to walk alongside you with care, practical tools, and therapies that help your body restore its natural balance.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me with my family, curled up with a good book, or planning my next travel adventure. And just like you, I’m always learning, growing, and finding better ways to live well.
